Energy Healing with Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)

What can you expect?

Energy work with me feels like coming home. You don’t need to come prepared with anything other than your willingness to slow down, and let yourself be supported. You may also wish to hold an intention in mind, intention helps guide where the energy flows. Holding in mind something you’d like to shift, release, call in or simply hold space for. It can be very clear or something you can’t quite put into words. Feel into it!

Through the lens of Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), nothing is ever forced or rushed. There will never be healing done that’s premature or overwhelming to your nervous system. Everything unfolds in harmony with what you’re ready to heal.

You don’t need to feel to heal. During energy healing sessions there’s a wide array of sensations you may or may not feel. Either is not good or bad, right or wrong. It just is. The sensations are nothing to be afraid of, think coolness or heat in some areas or even some tingling. What you may most likely feel is a deep state of relaxation and rest, just allow whatever comes up to arise without judgment. You’re more than welcome to ask me any questions at any point throughout the process. If you’re a curious person I am too and I welcome it :)

Sometimes energetic shifts are deeply felt in the moment — waves of release or emotion, insight, stillness and other times it happens quietly in the background. Healing may still be integrating after your session for up to weeks later. Healing continues after your session ends and continues to ripple outward in your life.

I don’t view myself as the healer healing you but rather the conduit for bringing in the where I then hold the space for your body’s deep innate wisdom to do the healing.

Calls are all around 90 minutes long, we have ample time to connect before and discuss your intention if you have one. We will drop into the present moment together through gentle breath guidance & simple stretches intended to downregulate your nervous system. We will move through the healing with soft music in the background. After your healing is complete I will slowly guide you back where we have space for communication and recap both your experience, and mine where I will share my findings with you. Finally, we’ll part ways and I’ll send you a follow up email with a written recap of all my notes from your session.
