Join me and a small group as we come together virtually to share an intention of community healing both for ourselves and sending this healing love outwards into the world and to where it’s needed during these times. We will move through gentle seated movements, guided breath to downregulate the nervous system and then into a guided meditation and group energy healing session.

40 minutes & no rsvp necessary. We start promptly at 1 pm EST.

Come and be held in community! There’s no pressure to speak or turn you camera although connection is encouraged. Come as you are.
